Flows AI offers automation systems as one-time installation fees. Current pricing is published on our website and may be updated at any time. The price in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

Prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, use tax, or other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
Our installation fees cover the design, build, and deployment of your automation systems. Underlying third-party tool subscriptions (such as CRM platforms, communication services, and hosting) are billed separately by those providers and are your responsibility. We will advise you on expected tool costs during the onboarding process, which typically range from $50 to $150 per month depending on your configuration and usage volume.

Delays caused by failure to provide required access or information may extend delivery timelines. We are not responsible for system performance issues caused by inactive or misconfigured third-party tool subscriptions.
All automation systems, workflows, templates, strategies, and methodologies developed by Flows AI remain the intellectual property of Flows AI. Upon installation and payment in full, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the installed systems for your business operations.
You may not resell, redistribute, white-label, or sublicense the systems or any components thereof without prior written consent from Flows AI.
You agree not to use our services or installed systems to:
Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and systems without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flows AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Flows AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or business results. While we provide projections based on historical data and industry benchmarks, actual results vary based on factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, competition, and execution.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our services will meet your specific requirements.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flows AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business, other clients, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license to use any installed systems remains in effect for systems that have been fully paid for, unless termination was due to your violation of the Acceptable Use terms. Access to the client dashboard may be revoked upon termination.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Indianapolis, Indiana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Marion County, Indiana, for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
